Terms of Use — HR Manager by Dohko Technology
1. Service
HR Manager by Dohko Technology, by Dohko Technology, brings the employee registry and the contracted HR controls (such as salary history, recruitment, disciplinary measures, probation periods, occupational exams, training, PPE, uniforms, lockers and indicators) into Bitrix24. The modules available on each Bitrix24 account are those defined in the contract.
2. Activation and license
Use depends on activation by Dohko. Expired or paused licenses suspend access until renewal; the data is kept.
3. Access
The application opens for Bitrix24 administrators and for the people they authorize, with access per module (view or edit) and a separate permission for confidential personal data.
4. Responsibilities
The customer is the controller of employee and candidate data and is responsible for the legal basis of processing, the accuracy of the data entered and the internal rules configured in the application.
