Privacy Policy — HR Manager by Dohko Technology
Dohko Technology processes data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), acting as processor on behalf of the customer (controller).
1. What the application reads from Bitrix24
The Bitrix24 account user list (name, e-mail, phone, position and birth date), only when someone links an employee to a user or imports users, and the user who opened the application, to check access.
2. Data we store
The data entered by the customer's HR team (employee records, employment, salaries, disciplinary measures, probation, exams, training, PPE and uniform deliveries, lockers, openings, candidates and interviews), uploaded attachments and the change history.
3. Security
HTTPS in transit. Personal data, salaries, termination reasons, disciplinary and exam notes and all attachments are encrypted on the server. Access is restricted per module, and confidential data requires a separate permission.
4. Retention and deletion
Corrections and deletions are kept in the history for traceability. Uninstalling does not delete the data. Permanent deletion of a Bitrix24 account's data is done on request through support: (11) 4293-0188.
5. Sharing
Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
